Georgio N. Rochon, 24, of the city, faces a charge of theft for allegedly stealing a $220 Nintendo game console from Sean Grier's home at 830 Park Ave. in late February, city police said.
Rochon, whose last known address was 679 Sixth Ave., was recently arraigned before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail. He has since waived his preliminary hearing.
