Relay For Life to hold yard sales
HUGHESVILLE - The Relay For Life of Tri-Town will hold a yard sale from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Hughesville High School track.
There will be numerous yard sales at each camp site. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Writers group to hold meeting
The Central Pennsylvania Romance Writers will meet from 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library, 16 N. Walnut St., Mechanicsburg.
This month's meeting will feature author Geri Krotow, who will present "Craft - Ignore at Your Book's Peril." Published and unpublished writers are welcome to attend meetings.
CPRW is a regional chapter of Romance Writers of America with members throughout southcentral Pennsylvania.

Blacksmith class offered at farm
EAST CANTON - A blacksmith class, sponsored by Rekindle the Spirit, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 9 at the Manley-Bohlayer Heritage Farm.
Merele Eiffert, blacksmith, will be the instructor and will demonstrate the art of blacksmithing.
Those wishing to participate in the class are asked to register by June 5 by calling Gene Kennedy at 673-8144.
A registration fee is required and the class is limited to 10 participants.
