The city worker that was putting up USA flags this past week should read that photo caption with the Boy Scout leader teaching kids proper respect for the USA flag. Do not let it touch the ground accidentally.
I wouldn't complain, but that city worker left the USA flag lying on the sidewalk as he retrieved his folding ladder. What a shame. The union leader needs to demand he get trained on proper flag handling procedures.
