I for one believe the most stupid idea I have heard of is to make it legal to purchase needles without a prescription.
What is happening in our world?
After someone gets the needles they go out to the parking lot to shoot up while the person who sold them calls 911 for the police.
Is this a new idea to rid our city of drugs and the abusers?
I wish someone would tell me how this will stop crime.
Before we know it they will be selling the drugs to go along with the needles. Why should we live in fear where we should be carefree and happy.
I don't believe this is the answer to the drug problem and the crimes in our town.
The fires in the Newberry section are also scary. I fear that before they are caught, there will be a tragedy to someone.
Williamsport used to be a town where you could walk the streets at any hour and not be afraid. All that has changed.
Get behind your mayor and firemen-police and help them capture the culprit before you become a victim.
