Abortion

June 11, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

Arlington Cemetery is one the world's best known cemeteries: 200 acres of lives lived to the fullest, and lives snuffed out by the horrors of war.

These lives have been honored and cherished, as all life should be. Approximately 300,000 people are buried on this piece of land, but 50 million people have been murdered in the U.S. and haven't been given the proper burial.

It's time to take a stand and say no to legalized abortion.

People can argue about rape, living circumstances, and all of these matters, but when one gets an abortion she murders a defenseless human being.

There is a roiling storm coming in this country. It will consume all the corners of this great nation and will throw us into a state of turmoil that we haven't seen since the civil rights movement. But at the end of it we will emerge as a greater nation and a stronger people.

The people realize that abortion endangers the life of the mother, goes against the constitution of the United States of America, and kills a defenseless child. Those three indisputable facts and will become catalysts to this movement and bring out the best in people.

The time has come to get together as a people and have our voices heard. I have only question for you; will you sit back and watch or will you join the fray and fight for justice?
