Carpenter

WOOLRICH - The descendants of William S. and Florence B. Carpenter will hold an annual family reunion at 1 p.m. June 10 at pavilion 3 in Woolrich Park.

The event will be held rain or shine. Each family is asked to bring a dish to share and enough hot dogs and rolls for their family.

Entz and Loner

The Entz and Loner family reunion will be held June 17 at DelGrosso Amusement Park.

Attendees are asked to bring a covered dish and an item for the goodie box.

Durrwachter

The 96th Durrwachter family reunion will be held at 12:30 p.m. June 24 at the home of Sherry and Tom Ott, along Wallis Run Road. Attendees are asked to bring a covered dish, drink and gift for exchange.

Stopper

BASTRESS - The families of Judith Stopper Reaible, Joseph Stopper and George Stopper - who came from Germany and settled in Bastress - will hold a reunion from noon to 6 p.m. Aug. 11 at Immaculate Conception Church social hall.

Reservations and payment are due by June 25 and may be made by calling Mike Banzhaf at 323-0312, Tom Gouldy at 435-0889 or Gene Stopper at 745-7702.

Limestone Consolidated

The seventh biennial reunion of the Limestone Consolidated School will be held Aug. 11 at the California Grange Hall pavilion. The noon meal will be catered and there will be a fee. The final count is due by Aug. 1.

The next meeting will be held at 6 p.m. June 15 at the California Grange Hall.

Class of 1977

The Hughesville High School Class of 1977 will hold its 35-year reunion from 5 p.m. to midnight June 16 at the Holiday Inn. Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m.

Registration and payment is due Friday by contacting Debra Houseknecht Temple at 971-3183. The cost for the dinner is $30 per person or $55 per couple.

Classmates who cannot make it to the dinner can still attend from 7 p.m. to midnight by paying $10 at the door.

A cash bar will be provided. Music and dancing starts at 7 p.m., with games and contests on the half hour.

The theme for the evening's contests will be "Game Shows of the '70s."

A class line dance will be conducted by Sue Phillips Moon who will serve as the DJ for the event. The King and Queen of the reunion will be crowned at 10 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring retro clothes and memorabilia from school and that era.

Reunion notices are published as a one-time courtesy at no charge on Thursdays. Information must be received in writing by the Lifestyle department one week prior to the print date.
