Penn College participates in Autodesk certification

June 11, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

As an Autodesk Authorized Training Center and Authorized Certification Center, Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology is participating in this year's Certification Days.

Autodesk is providing the opportunity to become Autodesk Certified for $25 (two exams of your choice, associate and-or professional) for a cost savings of $175.

An Authorized Certified credential signifies entry into the elite group of experienced design professionals who know how to optimize Autodesk software. Autodesk Certification is available on various Autodesk products used in the architecture, engineering and digital-arts fields.

Dates for the 2012 Certification Days are June 15, Aug. 10 and Oct. 12. The exams will be administered in the Center for Business & Workforce Development on the main campus of Penn College. Registration is required.

The first step to becoming certified is for participants to assess their current skill set. Those interested in certification may take a live Certification Prep course to see if they are ready for the certification exam. Register for the certification exams by visiting atc.gilmoreglobal.com.
