Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Walters Jr., South Williamsport, observed their 45th wedding anniversary June 3, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Henry A. Wayda at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Newberry. They are members of St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, South Williamsport.
Mrs. Walters, the former Patricia Ann Churba, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Helen M. (Mahonski) and J. Richard Churba. She graduated from the former St. Joseph High School in 1966 and is retired.

Mr. Walters, a native of Nisbet, is the son of the late Arlene M. (Renn) and Raymond C. Walters Sr. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 1963. He served in the Navy and is retired.
They are the parents of a daughter, Kimberly Moore, and a son, Jason, both of South Williamsport.
There are six grandchildren.
In honor of their anniversary, a two-month trip to their winter home in Melbourne, Fla., and a cruise to the Western Caribbean are being planned. An anniversary mass and blessing at St. Lawrence Catholic Church also will be held.
