Montgomery baseball and Warrior Run softball won their PIAA semifinals on Monday to advance to Friday's championships at Penn State.
In Class A baseball, Montgomery beat Lancaster County Christian, 5-0, and will play at 3:30 Friday at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park vs. the Elk Co. Christian/Bishop McCort winner. That other semifinal was set for 4 on Monday.
In Class AA softball, Warrior Run beat Nanticoke, 14-1, and will play Neshannock at 3 Friday at Penn State's Softball Park. Neshannock beat Martinsburg Central, 15-5, in the other semifinal on Monday.
