Twenty-two people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court to court records.
Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Cassandra Rose Wiber, 24, of Canton; city police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 1500 block of Scott Street on May 18; jailed in lieu of $12,500 bail.
Karen Elizabeth Rice, 26, of 1017 Sheridan St., and Samuel Lynn Sampson, 22, of Canton; city police; possession of heroin and tampering with evidence.
Rice faces an additional charge of possession with intent to deliver 10 bags of heroin in the 100 block of Maynard Street on May 13; Rice jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail while Sampson was jailed in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Robert L. Brown, 37, of 437 Anthony St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his home on May 6; jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Quaydee Ameer Blacwell, 19, of 689 Fourth Ave.; Tiadaghton Valley Regional police; possession with intent to deliver 11 bags of heroin, possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 100 block of Arch Street in Jersey Shore on April 13; jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Andre Scarborough, 18, of 1008 Memorial Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Freed Place and Grier Street in the city on April 10, also charged with fleeing police; released on $3,500 bail.
Hakim Hopkins, 33, of Philadelphia; South Williamsport police; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, firearm violations and receiving stolen property following an incident in the 200 block of Route 15 on April 13; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.
Akeem A. Wright, 20, of 609 Maple St.; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession of marijuana at West Fourth Street and Trinity Place on March 25; released on $3,500 bail.
Jerel Allen Baity, 32, of 434 Center St.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1300 block of Penn Street on March 20; released on bail.
Natesa Janese Wade, 24, and Carlos Alberto Acosta, 22, both of 531 Lycoming St.; Penn Collge police; possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of Vine Avenue on March 16.
Wade was released on $3,500 bail while a bench warrant was expected to be issued for Acosta since he failed to show for preliminary hearing.
Stacey T. Cooley, 18, of Harrisburg; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Market Street and Vernon Avenue on March 15; released on $1,500 bail.
Andrew Ellis Lynn, 19, of Jamison; DuBoistown police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 2700 block of Brook Street on March 13; released on $1,000 bail.
Cathy Anne Cummings, 53, of 517 Stevens St.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at her city home on March 5, also charged with tampering with evidence; released on $3,500 bail.
Amber Lee Wood, 29, of 337 Pine St., Jersey Shore; state police; possession with intent to deliver heroin, delivery and possession of heroin in the 200 block of William Street in the city on March 2; released on $10,000 bail.
Darron Michael Giles, 26, of Mansfield; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road on March 6.
Michael Lamont Brown, 24, formerly of the 600 block of Fourth Avenue and now of Upper Darby; city police; possession with intent to deliver 21 bags of crack cocaine and related offenses in the 1000 block of Hepburn Street on Feb. 13; arraigned on April 18 and jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Dumfer N. Adjei-Frimpong, 26, of Pittsburgh; city police; possession of cocaine and marijuana in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 26; a bench warrant was issued after he failed to appear for his preliminary hearing last month.
Donnell Boyd, 53, of 652 Second Ave.; state police; possession with intent to deliver marijuana and related offenses at Fourth and Memorial avenues in the city on Oct. 21; initially jailed, but not released on $25,000 bail.
Kerry Anthony, 38, of 325 High St.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Bridge and Hepburn streets on Oct. 21; free on $1,500 bail.
Helen Louisa Hall, 53, of 704 First Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on Route 15 in South Williamsport on Aug. 8; released on $1,500 bail.
Donna Burney, 43, of 733 Campbell St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, delivery and possession of crack cocaine in the 600 block of Second Street on April 8, 2011; arraigned April 28, initially jailed, but now free on $25,000 bail.
