Kelly Maire Gehr, 35, of 398 McIntyre Way, Cogan Station; state police on Route 14 in McIntyre Township on April 1.
David Joel Ogden, 46, of Harrisburg; the county DUI Task Force in the first block of Pine Street on March 18.
Ethan Vaugh Schomburg, 24, of Bellefonte; Montoursville police in the 1000 block of Loyalsock Avenue on March 16.
Christine Reeve Pysher, 23, of 428 Brandon Ave.; state police at Fourth and Market streets in the city on March 16.
Hiren H. Shah, 29, of 725 Glenwood Ave,; Montoursville police following a crash in the 500 block of South Loyalsock Avenue on March 1, also charged with possession of marijuana.
