A 36-year-old Carbon County woman turned herself in Monday to face a city police charge of theft by failure to make required disposition. The charge was filed back in March 2005.
The charge against Christina A. Castillo, of Lansford, stems from her alleged failure to transfer $150 to Susquehanna Trailways back in December 2004 and January 2005 when she sold bus tickets for the company from her restaurant business, then located in Lansdale, city police said.
Following her arraignment before District Judge Allen P. Page III, she was released on $2,000 bail.
