Kaelin allegedly punched Jack G. Snyder outside Snyder's home, fracturing his jaw, police said. Kaelin also damaged six lawn lights and an ornament, police said.

He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James G. Carn.

Homeless man jailed on drug charges

With no place to go, a homeless man arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of West Third Street about 11 a.m. Sunday was placed in the Lycoming County Prison, according to Pennsylvania College of Technology police.

Francisco David Rivera, 20, formerly of Sunbury, was arraigned before District Judge James G. Carn and jailed in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Parolee arrested again for theft from vehicles

A city man on state parole has been arrested yet again after he was caught rummaging through a woman's car in the 1200 block of Franklin Street.

Samuel Jo Bozochovic Jr., 30, of 1044 Franklin St., bolted from the scene when a witness confronted him at about 11 a.m. Saturday.

Having already pled guilty in late 2010 to two separate counts of theft from vehicle, Bozochovic was arraigned Wednesday before District Judge Allen P. Page III on one misdemeanor count of theft from motor vehicle and committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
