Three people - one from Cogan Station and two from Mill Hall - lost their lives in separate vehicle crashes over the weekend.

Shannon K. Cowden, 37, of Cogan Station, suffered fatal injuries after a four-wheeler crash at 6 p.m. on Friday, at 2588 Grays Run Road, in Trout Run.

She was transported by ambulance to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where she died Saturday.

According to state police, the incident still is under investigation.

In Saturday crashes, Keith Edward Quiggle, 41, of Mill Hall, was killed at about 11 p.m. after losing control of his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. According to police, Quiggle was driving along the on ramp of Route 220 from Paul Mack Boulevard in Lock Haven, when he lost control of his motorcycle and traveled into the grass median, which caused the bike to flip.

Quiggle was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

Anthony Wehrman, 32, of Mill Hall, was killed at about 11:30 p.m. after he lost control of his Honda Accord while traveling "at a high rate of speed" in the 1400 block of Lusk Run Road, in Allison Township. Wehrman failed to make a left-hand turn in the roadway and his vehicle hit two parked cars before coming to rest against a tree, according to police.

Wehrman, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
