DuBoistown sells police car

DuBoistown Borough Council voted to sell a police car to Chicago Motors, Chicago, Ill., at a bid price of $7,107 during a special meeting Tuesday.

Chicago Motors submitted the high bid from among four firms for the police cruiser.

Voting in favor of the sale were council members Norman Cowden, Michael Caschera, James Barger and Paul McKinley.

Councilmen John McCormick, Mark Shultz and Michael Rodgers were absent.
