Elsie G. (Whipple) Clark, 93, Mansfield, died on Saturday, June 23, 2012. She was a World War II veteran serving as a nurse with the U.S. Army. Visitation on Tuesday, June 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, June 27 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m.
