MANSFIELD - Kevin L. Brown, 53, of Harrisburg, was charged by Mansfield police after he allegedly went into the Lambs Creek Food and Spirits restaurant and bar without anything on under his long tailed shirt.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Brown had been drinking at the bar June 24 and had exited the establishment and returned fully dressed twice.
After exiting the bar a third time, however, he returned without his pants, according to police, who found Brown's vehicle in the parking lot with a pair of shorts in plain view and asked him to put them on. He complied.
Brown was charged with public drunkenness, open lewdness and disorderly conduct and jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail.
His preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday.
