MANSFIELD - Christopher R. Reese, 22, of 2270 North Williamson Road, Covington, was charged by Blossburg police with possession of bath salts.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, police were doing a security check at Island Park June 15 when they noticed a Reese's vehicle parked in a grassy area with people in it. They found the substance in the vehicle in plain view, police said.
He was issued a summons to appear at a preliminary hearing July 18.
