MANSFIELD - Two people were charged with providing alcohol to underage individuals, according to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson. They are:
Joshua L. Passero, 21, of 1480 Dunkleburger Road, Millerton, charged by Blossburg police after police observed his truck stopped alongside Gulick Street on June 16. passero, another male and a female, Chrystal M Rolls, 18, were sitting in the passenger side while Rolls was vomiting. Police said Passero provided them with vodka.
He was issued a summons to appear at a preliminary hearing July 18.
Amber L. Smith, 32 of 79 Triple D. Lane, Covington, was charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop on North Williamson Road May 15. Police said she was found riding in a car with 19-year-old driver, Donald Aumick, and passenger, Jonathan B. Parthemer, 20, who both had consumed Budweiser beer provided by Smith,.
She was issued a summons to appear at a preliminary hearing July 25.
