Tuition hike! Again? Seriously? How many times over the last two years has Penn College requested and been granted the opportunity to raise tuition fees to Penn College students? With today's economy, does Penn College officials think these students can afford the increase? Please explain the underlying circumstances why Penn College feels they need to "Hike" tuition again!
A piece of information people might find interesting is, Penn State, main campus is less expensive than Penn College, the affiliate college. Really!
