Devin J. Bierly, 19, of 1020 First Ave., has been charged by city police with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct for allegedly exposing himself to a woman inside a business in the 500 block of East Third Street on April 21.
Following his arraignment this week before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Bierly was released on $1,500 bail.
