Emily Steinke, 18, of 2349 Linn St., has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after she was caught allegedly trying to flee Wegmans, 201 William St., with $24 worth of merchandise on April 23, city police said. It is her second such offense, police said.
Following her arraignment Thursday before District Allen P. Page III, Steinke was released on $1,500 bail.
