Carl F. Breon III, 44, of 1070 Laver Road, Muncy; Old Lycoming Township police in the 3500 block of Lycoming Creek Road on April 21.
David L. Stephens, 40, of 71 Grimesville Road; Montoursville police at Broad and Washington streets on April 18.
Michelle A. MacDowell, 51, of 132 Oliver St., Jersey Shore; Tiadaghton Valley Regional Police in the 1300 block of Walnut Street on April 18.
David Russell Bartram, 26, of 232 Main St., Trout Run; Montoursville police in the 300 block of North Loyalsock Avenue on April 14.
Wayne Stephen Farquharson, 30, of 243 Valley St., DuBoistown; the county's DUI Task Force on Interstate 180 in the city on April 14.
Kay Kelley Young, 60, of 4226 Route 973 East; state police at Dewey and Memorial avenues in the city on April 3.

Joshua Jacob Haldeman, 30, of 1730 Loyalsock Drive; city police following a crash in the 300 block of Grampian Boulevard on March 24, also charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle and disorderly conduct.
