Richard E. Williams, 52, of Williamsport, died on July 1, 2012, at his home.
Born on March 11, 1960, in Williamsport, he was a son of Richard and Caroline (Mumma) Williams.
Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a daughter, Chelsea Williams of Lock Haven; two sisters, Esther and Catherine Williams of Williamsport; and a grandson on the way, Carson Bower.
Services will be held at a later date.
