TOWANDA - Four people were injured, two of them severely, in a head-on collision on Route 414 Sunday.
According to state police here, Victoria Rosado, 23, of Blossburg, was traveling west in a 2001 Ford Escape when she traveled into the east-bound lane, hitting a 2006 Ford F-250 pickup truck traveling east, operated by Zane Renzo, 42, of Lock Haven.
Police said Renzo saw the Escape in his lane and entered the west-bound lane to try to avoid the crash, but the Escape turned back into the west-bound lane where the collision occurred.
Both Rosado and her passenger, Casey Yaggie, 23, of Roaring Branch, were airlifted from the scene with major injuries, Rosado to Lehigh Valley Medical Center and Yaggie to Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre.
Renzo and his passenger, Krista Renzo, 40, were transported by ambulance to Robert Packer Hospital.
