To the horrified student, congratulations on your effort to improve your education. I would suggest you join a branch of the military, along with learning about life and the true meaning of what hurt, heartache and loss are, your education would be paid for.
Gov. Corbett is doing what should have been done the 8 years prior to his term. Gov. Rendell increased spending in his 2 terms by 30-plus percent and never tried to control costs.
