Ineta Michael officiated at the ceremony held at Sandals Antigua Resort and Spa, St. John's, Antigua, Caribbean.
A reception was held at 2 p.m. June 30 at the Hepburn Township Volunteer Fire Co. social hall, Cogan Station.

Downs is the daughter of Barbara and John Downs, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2005 and received an associate degree in early childhood education from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2009. She is employed by Pitter Patter Day School, Muncy, as a preschool teacher.
Albawab is the son of Shelly Albawab, Montoursville, and Mike Albawab, Damascus, Syria. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2003 and received an associate degree in early childhood education from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2010. He is employed by Pitter Patter Day School as a preschool and school-age teacher.
Matron of honor was Barbie Peck, Muncy.
Bridesmaid was Jennifer Farquharson, DuBoistown.
Ring bearer was Dylan Hovenstine, Montoursville, son of the bride.
Best man was Tom Palmeter, Williamsport.
Groomsmen were Joshua Peck, Muncy, and Scott Shaffer, South Williamsport.
Following a trip to Sandals Antigua Resort and Spa, the couple is residing in Montoursville.
