Mr. and Mrs. Werner Ziegmann, South Williamsport, will observe their 30th wedding anniversary July 17, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Donald Winstead at Calvary United Methodist Church. They are members of South Williamsport United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Ziegmann, the former Janice Elaine Hackney, is a native of Ocean City, N.J. She is the daughter of the late Ruth Lohman and William Hackney. She graduated from Williamsport High School in 1959 and from the former Williamsport Area Community College, now Pennsylvania College of Technology, in 1979. She retired from Susquehanna Health as a licensed practical nurse and is a substitute nurse for South Williamsport Area School District.

MR., MRS. WERNER ZIEGMANN
Mr. Ziegmann, a native of Amorbach, Germany, is the son of the late Gertrude and Karl Georg Ziegmann. He attended Volkschule, Amorbach; Brues Hoch Schule, Miltenberg, Germany; and graduated from the former Williamsport Technical Institute, now Pennsylvania College of Technology, in 1959. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War as a flight engineer from 1959 to 1967. He retired in 2002 from West Pharmaceutical Services, Jersey Shore.
They are the parents of three daughters, Rose Marie Gross, Cogan Station; Michelle, Lafayette, Calif.; and Christine McCall, Watsontown; and four sons, Kevin, Mill Hall; Marc Agostinelli, Colorado; Kenneth Agostinelli and the late Todd Agostinelli.
There are 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In honor of their anniversary, the couple will celebrate in Germany in early August. During their stay, they plan to bring together two siblings who have never met, a grandson from Germany and a granddaughter from England.
