Announcement has been made of the engagement of Ashley Marie Bonus, Montoursville, and Bryan Elliott Rupert, Trout Run.
A June 2013 wedding at the U.S. Military Academy Catholic Chapel, West Point, N.Y., is being planned.
Bonus is the daughter of Wendy and David Bonus, Montoursville. She graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2010 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary and middle-level education at Lock Haven University.

Rupert is the son of Janice and John Rupert, Trout Run. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2008 and is pursuing a degree in environmental geography and geospatial information science at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, where he is a cadet.
