Juan Ramon Zayas, 32, of 85 Washington Blvd., has been jailed on charges of allegedly raping a woman in the city's East End during the early morning hours of June 27, according to city police.
Zayas has been charged with rape, sexual assault, indecent assault and simple assault. He remains incarcerated in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
