Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 13 people in county court.
One person were sentenced to state prison. She was:
Sherry Wise, 48, Lycoming County Prison, two to four years, credit for time served, for escape.
Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Ryan L. Miller, 24, 196 Sechler Drive, Montoursville, five years, 90 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500 fine, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Sean V. O'Brien, 21, six months, two days, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jeff Krugle, 49, 673 Campbell St., 12 months, seven days LCP/PRC for theft by deception.
John K. Derr, 52, Lycoming County Prison, 23 months, six months LCP/PRC, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for hindering apprehension.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Sharon A. Dunkleberger, 50, 1840 Jamison Ave., six months, $1,000 fine, 100 hours community service for DUI.
Arun Sarjoo, 19, Ozone Park, N.Y., five years, 50 hours community service for criminal mischief.
Timothy J. Leekam, 19, Queens Village, N.Y., five years, 50 hours community service for criminal mischief.
Jacinda Faye Bonilla, 23, 71 Penn St., Montgomery, three years, 100 hours community service for criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.
Douglass R. Woodring, 28, 314 Locust St., six months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ten people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:

Chad M. Patton, 22, Nazareth, for DUI.
Max K. Sciullo, 19, Latrobe, for DUI.
Patricia J. Swako, 54, 127 Fink Drive, Montoursville, for DUI.
Megan L. Ireland, 32, 725 Sylvan Drive, South Williamsport, for DUI.
Laura M. Wallis, 32, 48 Heatherbrooke Estates, Muncy, for DUI.
Glen Taylor, 23, 1630 Andrews Place, for DUI.
Stacy Jo Clees, 26, 524 Jordan Ave., Montoursville, for DUI.
Kaye Lynn Davis, 38, 9826 Rose Valley Road, Trout Run, for DUI.
Katlyn M. Dieter, 23, 18 Michael Ave., Hughesville, for DUI.
Three people were approved for probation without verdict. They were:
Max K. Sciullo, 19, Latrobe, six months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Nicholas S. Bruno, 19, Glenside, 24 months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Brad D. Gordner, 26, Milton, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
