Ten people have been charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
William James Mundell, 45, of 30 Catherine Drive; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1800 block of Dewey Avenue on June 24; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Cherise Imani Johnson, 37, of 603 Thomas Ave.; state police at Washington Boulevard and Market Street on June 21; jailed in lieu of $1,500 bail.
Devin Beamer, 25, of 1512 Park Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Arch Street on June 6; released on $3,500 bail.
Brandon Warren Welty, 19, of 2020 Whitford Ave., South Williamsport; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at First and Maynard streets in the city on May 11; released on $3,500 bail.
Darvay Michael Harris, of 1220 High St.; city police; possession of marijuana and percocet at the Williamsport Area High School, 2990 W. Fourth St., on April 17; released on $3,500 bail.
Mark Thomas Roberts, 22, of 502 N. Montour St., Montoursville; Montoursville police; possession of marijuana in the 300 block of Cherry Street; released on $2,500 bail.
Daniel Raymond Cardennis, 22, of 2679 Riverside Drive, DuBoistown; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in 300 block of High Street on April 7; released on $1,500 bail.
Allena Lynn Marshall, 18, of 538 McIntyre Way, Cogan Station; the county's Drug Task Force; conspiracy to deliver crack cocaine to an informant for $100 in the 1800 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on March 21; jailed last week in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Kevin William Pysher, 23, of 739 W. Third St.; city police; possession of 10 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his home on Feb. 23; released on $3,500 bail.
Gabrielle Dominique Wright, 20, of 1631 Randall Circle; state police; possession with intent to deliver alprazolam, possession of Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of Beach Road in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 26; released on $15,000 bail following arraignment last week.
