I was fined for my dog running in the street when I was clipping bushes. I abided by the law and paid the first fine in my life for this.
Today a dog has been running with no licenses, and yet I tried everyone though the chain of command to assure that the dog was taken to the owners, or a place where it would be cared for. I got the runaround, from the state dog warden to the local law to the state police and the SPCA.
I am tired of no response unless it fits someone's time.
