Blanche M. Kelley passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born at Nolan, W.Va., on Sept. 8, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Naomi Elkins.
She is survived by her husband, Francis P. Kelley, Sr.; two daughters, Diana and Theresa; four sons, Frank, Steve, Michael and Robert; four sisters, Pauline, Ann, Judy and Brenda; and six brothers, John Irvin, Mitchell, Freddy Joe, Robert Jr., Donald and Jim. Blanche also is survived and loved by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her late parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa and a son, James.
Funeral services for Blanche M. Kelley will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at the Charles M. Noll Funeral Home, South Williamsport, Pa. The Reverend David K. Bixler will officiate. Friends and family are invited to call for a time of gathering and visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Wildwood Cemetery, Williamsport, Pa.
