Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 36 people in county court.
Five people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Darrell Hopkins, 48, 1184 Park Ave., 15 to 30 years for criminal attempt involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault on a person under 13, failure to comply with Megan's Law registry.
Charles L. Stine, 48, 101 Leader Drive, 18 months to five years, $2,500 for DUI and driving under suspension.
Bradley A. Ohl, 39, Berwick, nine to 24 months for forgery.
Robert A. Koch, 41, 11617 Route 973, Jersey Shore, 12 to 60 months, $1,500 for DUI.
Steven Davenport, 27, no address listed, three to six years for delivery of a controlled substance.
One person was sentenced to county prison. They were:
Bernard Gillespie, 35, 1418 E. Third St., nine to 24 months, credit for time served, 12 months' probation for contraband by inmate and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Seven people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Gregory S. Fisher, 44, 341 Water Co. Road, Cogan Station, six months, 72 hours' Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Devin C. Beamer, 25, 4192 Route 87, Montoursville, five years, 60 days' LCP/PRC 125 hours' community service for criminal conspiracy burglary and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Scott N. Ulsamer, 32, 365 Woodland Ave., six months, 72 hours' LCP/PRC, $1,000, 12 months probation, 50 hours' community service for DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
James L. Weston, 45, 23 Dubois St., five years and three months, 12 months' LCP/PRC, $2,500, 75 hours' community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Charles V. Cohick, 51, five years and three months, 12 months LCP/PRC, $2,500, 75 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Bonnie L. Funston, 51, 99 Neuhard Road, Hughesville, five years, $1,500, 75 hours' community service for DUI.
James R. Maiolo Jr., 55, 1309 Locust St., five years and three months, 12 months' LCP/PRC, $2,500 for DUI and driving under suspension.
Twelve people were sentenced to probation. They were:

Zachary T. Cox, 28, West Milton, 12 months, 75 hours' community service for false imprisonment and harassment.
Michael C. Blevins, 46, Palatka, Fla., 12 months, 50 hours' community service for possession of a controlled substance.
Shane A. Walters, 29, 329 Pine St., Jersey Shore, 12 months for simple assault.
Jesse T. Snell, 23, 227 Broad St., Montoursville, six months, 50 hours' community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Katherine Ann Sanso, 22, 1922 1/2 Blaine St., 12 months, 75 hours' community service for false identification.
Scott S. Schneck, 24, 12 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Stephen Princeton Spooner, 33, 427 Louisa St., 12 months, 50 hours' community service for criminal conspiracy theft by unlawful taking.
Britney M. Taylor, 22, 610 Lycoming St., Apt. 8G, 24 months for simple assault and criminal trespass.
