Mr. and Mrs. Larry Eck, Williamsport, observed their 25th wedding anniversary July 18, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Olfield at Immaculate Conception Church, Bastress, where they are members.
Mrs. Eck, the former Elizabeth Ellen Carpenter, is a native of Jersey Shore. She is the daughter of the late Kaye and Clyde Carpenter. She graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 1978 and from Juniata College, Huntingdon, in 1982. She is co-owner and manager of Honey Dippers and also is employed by Beth's Grooming Shop and Eck's Orchard Fruit Farm.

Mr. Eck, a native of Jersey Shore, is the son of Irene and Jim Eck, Williamsport. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 1978. He is co-owner and manager of Honey Dippers and also is employed by Beth's Grooming Shop and Eck's Orchard.
They are the parents of two daughters, Laura and Maria, and four sons, Jimmy, Jeffery, Dustin and Jonathan, all of Williamsport.
In honor of their anniversary, a family gathering was hosted by their children at the family farm on July 21.
