Ronald S. Smith, 83, of Cardinal Dr., Woolrich, Pa., passed away July 19, 2012, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Kyler Smith on March 9, 2012. Arrangements are being completed and will be announced by the Yost-Gedon Funeral Home, 121 W. Main St., Lock Haven, Pa.
