JERSEY SHORE -When police uncovered various narcotics during a traffic stop, they unearthed evidence that lead them to a suspected drug dealer who had allegedly 'hired' a local teen to distribute his products.

Kenneth Martin Brobeck, 20, of 11 Underwood Street, Jersey Shore, faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of corruption of a minor.

On July 6, Tiadaghton Valley police stopped a vehicle in the 400 Block of Thompson Street, Jersey Shore. Inside the vehicle were driver Gage Wood and an unnamed male juvenile.

During the traffic stop, police uncovered 15 grams of marijuana packaged into four separate containers for delivery, 16 oxycodone 10 mg pills, four morphine sulphate 15 mg pills, and nine capsules filled with an unidentified white powder.

After interviewing the pair, police learned that Brobeck allegedly gave drugs to the juvenile to sell for him.

According to police, the "juvenile stated he has been selling narcotics for Brobeck for several weeks and Brobeck pays the juvenile with marijuana."

Brobeck was arraigned before district judge Jerry C. Lepley on July 25. He is currently incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail.
