TOWANDA - Thomas W. Casselbury, 42, of Granville Township, Bradford County, was charged recently with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl while a 5-year old girl watched.
According to state police, Casselbury also was charged with two counts of sexually related corruption of minors.
He was remanded to Bradford County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.
