Nineteen motorists have been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants or controlled substances.

Julianne Elizabeth Miller, 45, of 136 Baier Lane, Oval; the county's DUI Task Force at Arch Street and Reach Road in the city on May 5.
Jerome Aaron Klump Jr., 22, of Lock Haven; the county's DUI Task Force at Arch Street and Reach Road on May 5.
Alonzo Williams, 28, of 613 Second St.; city police in the 600 block of Grace Street on May 4.
Nathan McMullen, 32, of 684 Dusty Lane, Cogan Station; city police at Fifth Avenue and High Street on May 1.
