Matthew Mabry, 58, of 383 W. Third St., has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after he was caught allegedly trying to steal two packages of lobsters valued at $239 from Wegmans, 201 William St., on May 14, city police said.
He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Allen P. Page III.
