HUGHESVILLE - Jeb Allen Boings, 19, of 152 Boak Ave., has been charged by state police with theft and receiving stolen for allegedly stealing $60 from his aunt, Wendy Sue Shaner, at 2090 Pine Run Road in Wolf Township on June 12.
He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jon E. Kemp.
