West End defeated Franklin Township, 13-3, in the Babe Ruth 13-year-old Pennsylvania state tournament on Wednesday at Milroy, advancing to the championship game tonight against Bensalem. West End scored seven runs in the first inning and cruised to the win in five innings.
West End added three runs each over the second through fourth innings.
Franklin scored its three runs in the second.
Keegan Sanders and Derrick Fisher combined on the mound for West End.
