Alberta P. Preston, 79, of Williamsport, died on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Born Jan. 27, 1933, in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of Frank and Anna Foss.
Alberta was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Annunciation Church.
She enjoyed crafts and cooking.
Alberta is survived by her husband, James V. Preston; three daughters, Mary Donna (Robert) Rodgers of Irwin, Barbara (David) Brady of Williamsport and Lisa Ann (David) Clara of Greensburg; two sisters, Anna Roll of Manor and Frances DiNucci of Pittsburgh; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her cats, Teddy, Goldy and Missy
A memorial Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at Annunciation Church, 702 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
