Carol Ann Brooks, 77, of Linden, died on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at her home.
Born Oct. 6, 1934, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Henderson and Mildred (Moore) Robbins.
Carol was a member of Nippenose Bible Fellowship. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and spending time with her family.
Carol is survived by two sons, R. Wayne (Dawn) Brooks of Jersey Shore and Mark (Lori) Brooks of Linden; seven grandchildren, Joel (Sheri) Brooks, Melissa (Brad) Mattie, Matthew (Carolyn) Brooks, Aaron (Haley) Brooks, Joshua (Brittany) Brooks, Jeremy Brooks and Jenna Brooks; six great-grandchildren; and five siblings, Norma Winter of Oval, Paul Robbins of Ulster, Doris Ott of Forrest, Va., Jim Robbins of Towanda, and Amy Saal of Charlotte, N.C.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry Brooks, on Nov. 11, 2006, and her brother, Charles Robbins.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, July 30, at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport, with Pastor Dave McCoy, officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be held at Woodward Township Cemetery.
