WELLSBORO - Robert J. McNeill, 50, of 60 East Ave., Suite 2, was charged by borough police with delivery and possession of Vicodin plus possession of drug paraphernalia after a controlled buy in the borough.
McNeill allegedly sold 10 Vicodin pills to an undercover informant for $30 on Sept. 17 and nine pills for $25 to the same informant on Oct. 12, according to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office.
He was issued a summons for an Aug. 21 preliminary hearing.
