WELLSBORO - Four people recently were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard and District Judge James Carlson's offices, each was issued a summons to appear. They are:
Patrick H. Heath, 40, of 520 Ward Road, Wellsboro, charged by state police after he crashed his car April 6 on Route 287, Middlebury Township.
Jason M. Ives, 27, of 438 Doan Road, Knoxville, charged by Gaines Township police following a July 8 traffic stop on Route 6.
John L. Lansborough, 46, of 204 Antrim Main St., charged by borough police following an April 30 traffic stop on Central Avenue.
William H. Martin, 43, of 59 Triple D Lane, Lot 15, Covington, charged by state police after he crashed his car on Kendrick Road, Covington Township, on June 1.
