Yes, this nation can be turned around. How? The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land (New Living Translation)." This is what is needed to help this nation get back to the Biblical principles it was founded on by our forefathers. In Exodus 19:6, God says, "And you will be to me a kingdom of priests, my holy nation. Give this message to the Israelites."
When I look around, I see things such as prayer being removed from our schools, and now look what is taking place. The world wants to remove God out of the equation, but He can not and will not be moved because He is the equation. He is the Creator of heaven and earth, and everything in it is His.
We were formed in our mother's womb for the sole purpose of serving God, but somehow we want to try and make it about us. It is about God's agenda, not man's. We have to be obedient to the Word of God. There is no way around it. He will have His Way. Life would be easier for us if we cooperate with God's master plan. He knows what is best.
I pray for the day when the righteous shall take their places and now is the time. People try to make this a Democrat and a Republican issue. It is a righteous issue. The righteous must take a stand to do the right thing and make righteous decisions about the course this nation is going to take. Those who love like God.
It is time for ears to be unstopped, and the hearts of people to be opened to receive the only solution. We must go back to the Biblical principles that this nation was founded on. Jesus is the only Way, Truth and Life. Without Him, there will be no success for anyone.
I pray that the people of God will take a righteous stand. We need to take our places and tell everyone about the Good News and the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the One who paid a debt that belonged to us, He was and is sinless. He died on the cross for all of us. He paid for the punishment that we truly deserved. He loves us so much that He pronounced us not guilty. So what in return do we give to Him, the One who gave it all for us.
May God have mercy on the United States of America!
