A convicted rapist who failed to update his information with authorities as required by law was sentenced Monday to up to 10 years in state prison by Lycoming County Judge Nancy L. Butts.
Robert P. Lydick, 31, of 5354 Route 15, Montgomery, was sentenced for failing to comply with sexual offender registration requirements.
In 2001 in Indiana County, Lydick was sentenced to five to 10 years in state prison for raping a mentally disabled man at a personal care home.
