Conservatives strive for our elections to be fair, legal and honest. They have done this with photo ID laws. What have they accomplished? They have disenfranchised voters, they have added more government oversight, new court battles, and added more bureaucracy. They have also proven that states should not conduct or handle the operations of voting anymore they can not be trusted either.
Conservatives have also finally admitted that you the voter can not be trusted including themselves. They have done so through insincerity, dishonesty and poorly thought out measures.
